Ceiling Hung
Completely suspended from ceiling and wall, leaving the floor area below unobstructed. Requires structural support in ceiling; specified where ease of cleaning and maintenance are a high priority.
Floor Anchored
Require no top bracing; flush top gives a modern appearance. Specified for installations in which pilasters can be fastened to solid floors; creates a streamlined, open look while maintaining dependable support and stability.
Overhead Braced
Floor-supported with anti-grip headrail, allowing maximum support for the stresses of daily use. Most economical product.
Door & panels shall be constructed of a sandwich of laminated plastic bonded under pressure to a solid particleboard core with the highest quality adhesive assuring a rigid, permanent bond. Door and panels finish – 1″ thickness.
The anchoring device shall consist of a leveling device fastened to bottom of pilaster and attached to the floor. Pilasters shall be constructed of a sandwich of laminated plastic bonded under pressure to a solid particleboard core. Pilaster shall be 1-1/4″ thick.
All hardware shall be heavy nonferrous chrome plated castings. Fastenings by means of thru-bolts with theft proof heads. Pilaster shoe shall be 4″ high, of #302, 18-8 polished stainless steel. Includes all necessary hardware and fittings for a complete installation. Brass and stainless steel hardware available at additional cost.
All faces and edges shall be surfaced with 1/16″ general purpose laminated plastic, applied to provide a consistent, durable finish throughout each unit. This material is designed to offer a clean appearance while standing up to everyday use in commercial restroom environments. All surfacing shall be in accordance with applicable NEMA standards.
Laminated plastic finish shall be selected from Flush Metal’s standard range of plastic colors and patterns. This allows for a finished appearance that can coordinate with a variety of restroom designs, whether the project calls for a more traditional look or a more modern style.

To clean baked enamel partitions, wash with warm water, using mild soap only, rinse and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Do not allow cleaning agent to dry on finished surface.
To maintain a high quality finish, we recommend waxing material periodically with a quality wax recommended for baked enamel finishes.
Do not use an abrasive material, harsh cleanser or any cleanser containing chemical detergents or acids.
